Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for online purchases within 10 days from the date you received your order. To be
eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
1. Unused Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any signs of
wear or damage.
2. First-Time Return Request: This return policy applies only to your first return request for each
purchased item. Subsequent return requests for the same item will not be accepted.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to reasons such as changing your mind or personal
preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Monako Jewelry Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving
the wrong item or a defective product, Monako Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.
Steps to Complete a Return
1. Request a Return:
- Contact us via email at MONAKOSTORELLC@GMAIL.COM during our customer service
hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, eastern time.
- Specify your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the
return.
2. Prepare the Product:
- Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected with soft materials to
prevent damage during shipping.
- Include a sheet of paper with the following information:
a. Order number
b. Reason for the return
c. Name of the item being returned
d. Place everything in a shipping box and seal it securely with adhesive tape.
3. Shipping Instructions:
- If you are responsible for the return shipping, you will need to arrange and pay for the
shipping method of your choice. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and
shipped to the address provided in our return instructions.
- If Monako Jewelry is covering the return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid
shipping label via email.
4. Quality Control:
- Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item for its condition. If the
product is used, damaged, or does not match the originally purchased product, we will
return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.
- If the item is in good condition, we will approve the return, and you will receive a refund
via your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we process the
return.
