That is not a concern as our bracelets are fully adjustable to fit your wrist comfortably.

How do I care for my Bracelet set?

To ensure that your Monako Jewelry remains in pristine condition, we recommend following these simple care instructions:

 

  • Keep it Clean: Regularly clean your jewelry using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any dirt or oils that may accumulate over time. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the delicate surfaces.
  • Store Properly: When not in use, store your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Consider using a jewelry box or a soft pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
  • Avoid Contact: Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as they can tarnish metals and damage gemstones. Remove your jewelry before engaging in activities such as swimming, exercising, or household chores to minimize the risk of damage.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times: For a limited time, enjoy free shipping on all orders. After this promotion ends, shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Accurate Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to prevent any delivery delays or issues.

RETURN POLICY

At Monako Jewelry, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return process.

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for online purchases within 10 days from the date you received your order. To be

eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. Unused Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any signs of

wear or damage.

2. First-Time Return Request: This return policy applies only to your first return request for each

purchased item. Subsequent return requests for the same item will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to reasons such as changing your mind or personal

        preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Monako Jewelry Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving

        the wrong item or a defective product, Monako Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.

Steps to Complete a Return

1. Request a Return:

               hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, eastern time.

  • Specify your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the

                return.

2. Prepare the Product:

  • Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected with soft materials to

prevent damage during shipping.

  • Include a sheet of paper with the following information:

a. Order number

b. Reason for the return

c. Name of the item being returned

d. Place everything in a shipping box and seal it securely with adhesive tape.

3. Shipping Instructions:

  • If you are responsible for the return shipping, you will need to arrange and pay for the

shipping method of your choice. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and

shipped to the address provided in our return instructions.

  • If Monako Jewelry is covering the return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid

              shipping label via email.

4. Quality Control:

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item for its condition. If the

product is used, damaged, or does not match the originally purchased product, we will

return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the item is in good condition, we will approve the return, and you will receive a refund

via your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we process the

return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Monako Jewelry, we strive to ensure that every bracelet set you receive meets the highest quality

standards. If your product arrives damaged during shipping or if there was a mistake with the item sent,

we are here to assist you with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Accepted Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for items that were damaged during shipping

or in cases where an incorrect product was sent.

  • Other Reasons: For exchanges requested for any other reason (such as preference changes or

incorrect size), our standard Return Policy applies.

Who Pays for Exchange Shipping?

  • Monako Jewelry Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a damaged product or a mistake in the

product sent, Monako Jewelry will cover both the return shipping cost of the damaged/wrong

item and the shipping cost of the replacement item.

  • Customer Responsibility: If the exchange is due to personal preference or any reason not

covered above, you will need to follow the Return Policy and be responsible for return shipping,

with the option to place a new order for the preferred item.

Steps to Complete an Exchange

1. Request an Exchange:

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the damaged or

incorrect item.

2. Prepare the Product:

  • Place the product in its original packaging and protect it with paper or other soft

                materials to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Include a legible sheet of paper inside the package with the following details:

a. Order number

b. Reason for the exchange

c. Name of the item you are exchanging

d. Securely pack and seal the box with adhesive tape.

3. Shipping Instructions:

  • If Monako Jewelry is covering the exchange shipping, we will provide a prepaid return

              shipping label for you to send the item back to us.

  • If you are responsible for the exchange (as per the Return Policy), you will need to

              arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

4. Quality Control:

  • Once the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused

condition. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not match the originally

purchased item, the exchange will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to

the sender.

  • If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you and provide

tracking information. Shipping for the new item will be covered by Monako Jewelry if

the exchange was due to a mistake or damage during shipping.

5. Review the New Item:

Upon receiving your replacement item, please inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations and is in the expected condition.

What materials are your bracelets made from?

Our bracelets are made from high-quality nylon thread and perfectly cut cylindrical glass beads in various colors to ensure durability.

What is your product warranty or guarantee policy?

We are committed to providing you with high-quality bracelet sets that you will love. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers ONLY any manufacturing defects, not physical damage caused to the product.

If you encounter any manufacturing defects with your bracelet set within the 15-day warranty period, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team within 15 days of your purchase. You can do this by emailing us at MONAKOSTORELLC@GMAIL.COM Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process. We may request additional information or photographs to better understand the issue with your bracelet set. This will help us evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Once your payment is accepted and your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number for your package, which you can use to check the delivery status.
