EXCHANGE
POLICY
At Monako Jewelry, we strive to ensure that every bracelet set you receive meets the highest quality
standards. If your product arrives damaged during shipping or if there was a mistake with the item sent,
we are here to assist you with an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Accepted Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for items that were damaged during shipping
or in cases where an incorrect product was sent.
- Other Reasons: For exchanges requested for any other reason (such as preference changes or
incorrect size), our standard Return Policy applies.
Who Pays for Exchange Shipping?
- Monako Jewelry Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a damaged product or a mistake in the
product sent, Monako Jewelry will cover both the return shipping cost of the damaged/wrong
item and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Customer Responsibility: If the exchange is due to personal preference or any reason not
covered above, you will need to follow the Return Policy and be responsible for return shipping,
with the option to place a new order for the preferred item.
Steps to Complete an Exchange
1. Request an Exchange:
- Contact us via email at MONAKOSTORELLC@GMAIL.COM during our customer service
hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, eastern time.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the damaged or
incorrect item.
2. Prepare the Product:
- Place the product in its original packaging and protect it with paper or other soft
materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include a legible sheet of paper inside the package with the following details:
a. Order number
b. Reason for the exchange
c. Name of the item you are exchanging
d. Securely pack and seal the box with adhesive tape.
3. Shipping Instructions:
- If Monako Jewelry is covering the exchange shipping, we will provide a prepaid return
shipping label for you to send the item back to us.
- If you are responsible for the exchange (as per the Return Policy), you will need to
arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.
4. Quality Control:
- Once the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused
condition. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not match the originally
purchased item, the exchange will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to
the sender.
- If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you and provide
tracking information. Shipping for the new item will be covered by Monako Jewelry if
the exchange was due to a mistake or damage during shipping.
5. Review the New Item:
Upon receiving your replacement item, please inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations and is in the expected condition.
